What do “GRAD plus” courses include?

Each TRG Course is content in form of Video, Text, and Presentation (one or all) provided by the instructor for corresponding learners.

How do I take the GRAD plus course?

GRAD plus courses are ON-DEMAND courses. The courses can be accessed from several different devices and platforms, including a desktop, laptop, and mobile. You can take them with the corresponding button on the course listing. All of your courses can be managed from your “My Account” Page.

Why “My Account” page is showing the courses for which I have not enrolled?

Many courses on GRAD plus are free to all i.e. open courses. These open courses are by default added to each user’s account.

Do I have to start my course at a certain time? And how long do I have to complete it?

You can start at any time by enrolling in the course. Each paid course comes with the timebound validity within which you have to complete that course. If you want, you can again purchase the same course after its expiration.

Is there any way to preview a course?

Yes! The first lesson of each paid course is a sample lesson consisting of many footages of the course. Alternatively, you can visit our YouTube channel for a preview of Video Courses.

How can I pay for a GRAD plus course?

We have covered almost every Indian payment mode like Cards, Net Banking, UPI, etc. International students can pay the equivalent price in their currency.

What if I don’t like a course I purchased?

Please note that the course once purchased cannot be undone. There are plenty of free previews for each course to make your firm decision.

How can I edit my profile?

Every GRAD plus account includes a profile page where you can share information about yourself. To edit your profile, move your cursor to the profile image/icon at the top right of the page and select “My Account”.

How to change or reset my password?

Move your cursor to the profile image/icon at the top right of the page and select “My Account”. Click “Edit My Profile”. Then find the corresponding field related to the password.

How to change my account’s email address?

Move your cursor to the profile image/icon at the top right of the page and select “My Account”. Click “Edit My Profile”. Then find the corresponding field related to Email. Note that you will be asked to verify your new email address.

What are the system/internet requirements?

GRAD plus courses are well experienced on the latest browsers. Chrome (90.x.xxxx.xx or above). Edge Desktop (91.x.xxx.xx or above). Edge Mobile (46.x.xxx or above). Internet Explorer 11.
A broadband/internet connection with a minimum speed between 1 to 2Mbps is required for a hustle-free experience, which is common in 4G networks. The slow internet connectivity (less than optimal) triggers errors in streaming our content. Following types of errors, you may experience along with long loading time and buffer time.
1) hlsjs-lite: Video not properly encoded
2) hlsjs-lite: Network Error

In such cases run the Internet Speed Test powered by Google. Search “speedtest” in google and the very first result would be Internet Speed Test with a call to action button “RUN SPEED TEST”.
