Q.1. (a) Draw and explain the working of Bridge rectifier with capacitor filter. Draw i/p and o/p waveforms. [6M]

(b) Draw and explain the construction and working of N-Channel Enhancement MOSFET. [6M]

Q.2. (a) For the given circuit diagram Fig. 1, if Vz = 12 V, Iz min = 1 mA, Iz max = 50 mA. Calculate minimum and maximum value IL and RL for which zener diode maintain its regulation.
(Assume Vin = 24 V, R = 200Ω) [6M]
